Remember, every dollar counts - in fact, every penny still counts, especially if you can save enough of them.
We love coupons here at Champ Money. Whether shopping online, or at local retailers, we always check for coupons first. These might take the form of the traditional paper coupons, or online discount codes and coupons available for many websites.
Following are some of the known reputable coupon websites. There are many more, but these are some that have earned a pretty good reputation.
There are several websites which allow you to download and print coupons to use at your local retailers. This is a wonderful idea, and far better than the traditional “clipping” from newspapers.
Unfortunately, due to fraud, some retailers will not accepted printed coupons. Online coupon websites are definitely worth a visit, but check with your favorite local retailer to make sure your efforts and time wont be wasted. Our recommendation is to verify acceptance of printed coupons with the manager - so that you’ll have this to go back on if the cashier informs you otherwise - and be sure to note his or her name as well.
While grocery coupons from your local newspaper are not as attractive as they were in the past, you can still enjoy some savings with smart coupon clipping.
Be sure to only use coupons for products that you already buy.
Also, check to see if any of your local grocery stores offer double coupon deals. Again, this is harder to find than it once was, but they do still exist.
