What’s the best way to prepare for that annual weight loss routine after this upcoming holiday season?

While it may not be the easiest method, the smartest is to enjoy the festivities in moderation to begin with, and minimize the seemingly inevitable weight gain that most of us endure in the finals months each year.

Enjoy the drinks, dining, and baked delights, but enjoy them in smaller portions.
